1. Bookings and quotes
Quotes shared over WhatsApp, email or Messenger are estimates based on the travel dates, group size and itinerary you describe to us, and are confirmed only once you and Roll Trips Tours agree on the final itinerary, vehicle and price.
2. Payment
Payment terms (deposit and balance) are agreed directly with our team at the time of booking and are not processed through this website.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on how close to your travel date a change is requested. We will always share these terms clearly before you confirm a booking, and recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
4. What is included
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our tour prices include private transportation, an English-speaking driver-guide, fuel and toll costs, and WhatsApp support during your trip. Accommodation, entrance tickets and meals are separate unless a fully packaged quote states otherwise.
5. Your responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for having valid travel documents, travel insurance and any required visas for entry into Sri Lanka, and for informing us of any medical or accessibility needs in advance so we can plan accordingly.
6. Liability
Roll Trips Tours takes reasonable care in selecting vehicles, drivers and recommended accommodation or activity partners, but is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or the acts of third-party suppliers.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
